At Zariyah Darain, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every outfit you shop from us, but if something isn’t right, our Return & Exchange Policy makes it simple.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Service within 2 days of delivery:

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Preferred refund method (bank account, Easypaisa, etc.)

    • Pick-up address & time availability

  3. Our team will guide you on the return procedure. Depending on your location, we will either:

    • Arrange a courier pick-up (free of cost), or

    • Guide you to drop the item at a nearby service point.

👉 Note: For pick-ups, we will attempt 3 times. If unsuccessful, the return request will be cancelled.

After We Receive Your Product

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds:

    • The fastest method is Easypaisa, but bank transfer or vouchers can also be used.

    • Refund will always be for the exact amount you paid. (Example: If you purchased a dress at Rs. 2,000 during a sale, we will refund Rs. 2,000, not the original price).

  • Exchanges:

    • If you’d prefer a replacement, our team will confirm availability once your return is approved.

    • You may also choose a refund voucher, which can be used for future purchases at www.zariyahdarain.com.

If a Return is Invalid

  • If your return does not meet our policy requirements, we will inform you and return the item.

  • We will make 3 delivery attempts to return the product. If unsuccessful, the item will be held with us for up to 60 days.
