Provide the following details:
Order number
Reason for return/exchange
Preferred refund method (bank account, Easypaisa, etc.)
Pick-up address & time availability
Our team will guide you on the return procedure. Depending on your location, we will either:
Arrange a courier pick-up (free of cost), or
Guide you to drop the item at a nearby service point.
👉 Note: For pick-ups, we will attempt 3 times. If unsuccessful, the return request will be cancelled.
Refunds:
The fastest method is Easypaisa, but bank transfer or vouchers can also be used.
Refund will always be for the exact amount you paid. (Example: If you purchased a dress at Rs. 2,000 during a sale, we will refund Rs. 2,000, not the original price).
Exchanges:
If you’d prefer a replacement, our team will confirm availability once your return is approved.
You may also choose a refund voucher, which can be used for future purchases at www.zariyahdarain.com.
If your return does not meet our policy requirements, we will inform you and return the item.
We will make 3 delivery attempts to return the product. If unsuccessful, the item will be held with us for up to 60 days.
